Story
True purpose often starts with a feeling, not a plan. We did not set out to become winemakers. But on this slope, surrounded by old vines and olive trees, we heard the wind, the water, and the birdsong. We listened.

Quinta
Restoring this historic ecosystem of tended forest, open meadows, fruit trees, and gardens asked more of us than we ever imagined. We gave it everything, farming regeneratively, capturing rainwater, and revitalizing the soil.
Winemaking
No shortcuts, no noise. Standing Fox wines speak of our Quinta’s old vines and new experimental plantings. Joana Pinhão produces them in small lots and ages them in oak, for timeless depth and endless texture.
Wines
We do not follow trends. We do not settle for “good enough.” Spring 2027 will bring the first vintage we deem worth sharing. Production is extremely limited. Choose what speaks to you.
